Romper is a one-piece combination of shirt and shorts that appeared in the early 1900s in the United States of America. It became popular among women in the 1950s. Romper is never a thing for men until a group of business school student based in Chicago launched a Kickstarter to fund raise their clothing line called RompHim. Yes, literally the combination of romper and him.

The campaign had been created since May 2017 by ACED Design. Now, they have raise almost $130,000 from Kickstarter, which is 13 times more than their original $10,000 goal. So far, this romper for dudes idea is getting mixed reviews from the public. Half of the people think it is a fashion fail and half of the people think it is brilliant. I am not a fashion icon, so I will let you be the judge.

The company claims to turn heads and break hearts when you take your RompHim for a spin. I can see why. It is simple and adorable in its own way. It can wear at the concerts, beach days, rooftops, pool parties, leisurely strolls, or even bar patios. It promises to keep you cool as the days and nights heat up. This button-up romper contains few functional and stylish features such as front shirt pocket, adjustable waist tabs, zippered back pocket, zipper fly, and deep front pockets.

So far, there are four designs includes red chambray, blue chambray, splatter print cotton and fourth of July special edition. The sizes range from XS to XL. The retail price for a RompHim is $119, which is quite reasonable. To be honest, I would buy the blue chambray if I have extra money to spend.

Everyone have their own rights to wear whatever they want. If you have the confidence to pull this romper off, then go ahead and try it. If you think it will suit your boyfriend, husband, son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather… then don’t hesitate to support RompHim.
